Live-Edge Saman Dining & Conference Table
Cut from a single Saman (monkeypod) slab, natural edge to natural edge — not boards joined into a panel. Every slab carries its own grain, color and figure; knots, voids and the bark-edge line are how the tree grew, not defects. No two are alike, and none can be made again.
Introductory price through 31 October 2026. Regular price from 1 November 2026: $6,200 for 8 ft and 9 ft tables, $7,000 for 10 ft tables.
Before it leaves our warehouse, every table gets a final finish inspection and touch-up by a professional — that is what the 2–3 days are for. Reserve it with a $500 deposit, refundable until your balance is invoiced and applied to the price. The slab number and photo identify this table: tell us the number and we pull that slab on our floor and measure it with you. Want to see it first? Come and put a tape measure on it in Lincolnwood, seven days a week, 8:00 am–6:00 pm, by appointment.
Condition & care — why we don't fill voids
Sold as-is. Natural voids and checks are lacquered in place, not filled — we finish the wood as it grew rather than pour tinted epoxy into it. No warranty beyond as-is; inspect it in person or ask us for full photographs and measurements of this exact slab before you buy. Any competent finisher can add a clear fill later if you want one.
Delivery, returns & provenance
White-glove delivery means into the room, assembled, packaging removed — normally $650–$750, billed as its own line and never included in the table price; free in IL, IN and WI through 15 October 2026. Outside those states we crate and quote common-carrier freight. All sales final, with a 48-hour inspection window on delivery. Legally imported Ecuadorian Saman (Samanea saman) — CBP-entered, duty-paid.
