Shipping and Delivery Policy

All of our inventory is in stock and on the floor at our Lincolnwood, Illinois warehouse. Nothing is drop-shipped, back-ordered, or made to order.

Delivery and freight are quoted separately

Delivery is never included in the listed price of a table or lumber order. We quote it separately so you see exactly what you are paying for and are not charged a padded product price to cover freight you may not need.

Warehouse pickup — free

Pick up at 7080 N. McCormick Blvd, Unit W19B, Lincolnwood, IL 60712. Pickup is free and available by appointment, usually ready within 24 hours. Bring appropriate help and a vehicle sized for the piece — a 10 ft slab table is heavy and requires two or more people.

Local white-glove delivery

We deliver within roughly a three-to-four hour drive of Chicago — Chicagoland, Indiana, and Wisconsin — most often within the same week. Delivery is handled by a professional white-glove crew: the piece is brought into your space, unwrapped, positioned, and set level on its base.

White-glove delivery is quoted per order based on distance, access, and the size of the piece. We will give you a firm number before you commit.

Outside the delivery radius

Beyond that radius we arrange common-carrier freight and quote it per order. Freight delivery is curbside unless you request and pay for inside delivery.

Lumber orders

Teak lumber is available for warehouse pickup or freight. Bulk and whole-lot orders are quoted individually, including loading.

Inspection on arrival

Inspect your piece at delivery or pickup. You have 48 hours to report transit damage or a condition discrepancy with photographs. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full claims process.
