Every piece we sell is a one-of-a-kind slab, photographed and described honestly — because we want you to fall in love with the exact table that shows up at your door.

All Sales Are Final — With a 48-Hour Inspection Window

Since each slab is truly one-of-one, all sales are final. But we never want you buying blind: we give you detailed photos, honest notes on every knot and character mark, and a free live video walkthrough of your exact slab on request — just ask, and we'll happily show you every inch before you decide.

When your piece arrives, take a good look. If anything was damaged in transit or doesn't match its description, simply reach out within 48 hours with a couple of photos and we'll make it right. After 48 hours, your piece is all yours.

Delivery & Freight

Pickup at our Lincolnwood warehouse is always free by appointment. Local delivery across Chicagoland, Indiana, and Wisconsin is available — often within the week. White-glove and long-distance freight are quoted separately based on your location, so you'll always see delivery as a clear, honest line — never hidden in the price.
