Every top we sell is a cross-section of one tree, so no two are the same size and none of them can be reordered. The list gives you what a catalogue cannot: each slab's number, its length, its width measured at three points across the natural edge, its thickness, how many people it seats, and an indicative weight.

It is the document architects, designers and dealers ask for, because it lets you place a specific piece in a specific room on a drawing rather than working from a nominal size.

Put your firm and what you are furnishing in the message box — a boardroom, a restaurant fit-out, a dining room, a client presentation. Knowing the room means I can point you at the three or four pieces that actually fit it instead of sending twenty rows and leaving you to sort it.

What is on the list

  • Slab number — each piece is serialised and individually identified.
  • Length — 8 ft, 9 ft, 10 ft and one at 10 ft 6 in.
  • Width across the live edge — measured at three points, narrowest to widest, because a single slab is not a rectangle.
  • Thickness — 2½ inches on every piece.
  • Seating and an indicative weight computed from the measured dimensions.
  • Commercial terms — trade and contract pricing, resale certificates, hold-on-approval, inspection and delivery.

Retail pricing is published on each product page. Trade and contract pricing is quoted directly and is materially different — tell me the project and I will quote it the day you ask.
