We are an importer, not a reseller. Container 1 is devanned and on the floor of our Lincolnwood, Illinois warehouse — Ecuadorian plantation teak in four length classes, plus single-slab Saman live-edge table tops. Legally imported, plantation-grown Ecuadorian teak — CBP-entered, duty-paid. We sell by the bundle, the lot, or the container.

You deal directly with the person who runs the warehouse. One call, straight answers, and material you inspect before you commit.

Kiln-dried, not shipped green.

We pull boards carrying pith, handling damage or heavy sapwood before anything leaves the dock. Exact tally is confirmed against the physical stack when we quote, and we would rather quote a number we can actually load than one we cannot.

Widest 8 ft boards run to 7 in; 7½ in stock is available at 7 ft. Thicknesses ¾ in to 1 in. Dimensioned stock in consistent trade widths — 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 inch.

Additional thin stock and strip material is held in reserve and quoted on request.

Slab tops for the trade

Single-slab Saman (monkeypod) live-edge tops, 2½ inches thick, 31 to 50 inches across the natural edge, each on a black steel base included in the piece. Most are in the 9 and 10 ft classes — conference and boardroom scale. White-glove delivery is free anywhere in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin on any purchase or deposit placed by 15 October 2026. Every piece is one of one, numbered, with its own measured dimensions. Contract pricing is quoted separately, and a piece can be held on approval for an active project. Grading

We make no NHLA grade claim. We would rather you grade it yourself, on our dock, than argue percentages on the telephone. Every buyer is invited to inspect and tally before anything is loaded.

How board feet are measured

We publish, quote and invoice on 4/4 nominal board feet — surface measure multiplied by nominal thickness, the standard measure throughout the North American hardwood trade. Tally at loading, with your representative present, governs the invoiced quantity. You pay for what is counted onto the truck, not for what a spreadsheet says.

Pricing

Prices shown on individual product pages are single-order retail per board foot. Trade and volume pricing is quoted and is materially different. Quantities and pricing on application. Tell us your volume and we will price it. There is no minimum. Whole-lot and container-lot offers are welcome and get the sharpest number we have.

How to buy

  1. Tell us the class, the volume, and your delivery point. Call, email, or use the form below — quotes go out same day.
  2. We confirm availability against the physical stack and quote material and freight separately, so you see exactly what you are paying for.
  3. Resale certificates accepted. Illinois and multi-state resellers: send a completed Certificate of Resale (Illinois CRT-61 or your state's equivalent) and your purchase is invoiced tax-exempt. W-9 available on request.
  4. A deposit schedules the order. Balance is due before loading. All sales final: lumber is invoiced on the tally at loading, and slab tables carry a 48-hour claim window for transit damage, an undisclosed material defect, or a piece that differs significantly from its description.
  5. Will-call pickup at our Lincolnwood dock, or LTL freight to your yard. Sales are FOB our dock; we can coordinate a carrier billed directly to you.

See the material first

Pickup and inspection are by appointment, seven days a week, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We bring your material out to the dock, you look it over and tally the count, and it does not leave until you are satisfied with what is on the truck.
