White-Glove Delivery & Will-Call Pickup
White-glove delivery is free through 15 October 2026 in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin — into the building, into the room, assembled, packaging removed. This is a limited promotion, not our standing price. White-glove delivery normally runs $650 to $750, quoted per order on distance, access and size, and it returns to that price after 15 October 2026.
A single-slab table is not a parcel. An eight-foot top runs past two hundred pounds before the base goes on, and the ten-foot pieces run heavier. How it reaches your room is a real part of the purchase, so we quote it as its own line and never bury it in the price of the table.
What white-glove actually means here
Two people, a truck, and the piece carried in rather than left at the kerb. Specifically:
- Delivery into the building and into the room you want it in — not the driveway, not the lobby
- Base assembled and the top set on it, levelled
- All packaging removed and taken away
- A scheduled window, not a twelve-hour wait
What moves the number: stairs versus a lift, the distance from where a truck can legally stand to the room itself, certificate-of-insurance requirements in commercial and high-rise buildings, and after-hours or weekend access. Tell us the building when you order and you get a firm figure before you commit — we do not revise it afterwards.
Measure the route, not just the room
The single most common problem with a nine or ten foot top is not the room. It is the corridor, the lift, or the turn at the top of a staircase. Before you choose a length, measure:
- The narrowest doorway on the route, and whether the door can come off its hinges
- The lift's internal diagonal, and its door opening
- Any turn tighter than ninety degrees between the loading point and the room
- Ceiling height at any point the slab must be stood on edge
If a measurement is close, call us before you buy. We would far rather talk you into a nine-foot piece that fits than deliver a ten-foot one that does not.
Beyond Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin
We quote common-carrier freight to the rest of the country, priced per order on weight, distance and the service level you need. Sales are FOB our Lincolnwood dock, and we are glad to coordinate a carrier billed directly to you if you would rather use your own. Call (773) 584-7334 and we will price it the same day.
Will-call pickup — always free
Pickup at our Lincolnwood dock costs nothing and is available seven days a week, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, by appointment. We bring the piece out to the dock, you look it over, and it does not go on your vehicle until you are satisfied with it.
Two things to plan for: slab tops are heavy — bring two people and a vehicle that can actually take the length — and bring blankets or padding. The tops are lacquered and they mark.
Reserving a piece
A $500 deposit holds a specific slab in your name. It is refundable in full until your balance is invoiced, and it is applied to the purchase price. Balance is due before release, and there is a 48-hour inspection window on delivery.
